Delete your AajPay account

You can delete your AajPay account and personal data at any time.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

Open AajPay and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Option 2 — Without the app

Email support@example.com with the subject “Delete my AajPay account” and the mobile number registered with AajPay. We will verify the request with that number and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your name and mobile number
Login codes (OTP records) and wallet data
Unused Refer & Earn rewards
App settings stored on your phone

What is kept, and why

Records of payments, recharges and bill payments (amount, date, recharged number or consumer ID, status), because financial regulations require them to be retained. They are no longer linked to your name or mobile number and are deleted when the legal retention period ends.
Any refund already in progress is still completed.
A one-way fingerprint of your mobile number (it can't be turned back into the number), only so the same number can't sign up again to claim a new-user referral reward.
