Frequently asked questions
My recharge shows Pending — what should I do?
Pending payments usually confirm within a few minutes. Check History for the latest status. If it stays pending for long, contact support with the Transaction ID.
Money was debited but the recharge didn't happen?
AajPay starts the refund for such payments on its own — immediately if the recharge fails, and within 30 minutes if the app lost its connection. History shows “Refund in progress” and then “Refunded”.
How much can I pay at once?
A single recharge or bill payment can be from ₹1 to ₹10,000.
Where do I find the Transaction ID?
Open History and tap any transaction — the Transaction ID is in its details.
How does Refer & Earn work?
Share your code from Profile → Refer & Earn. When a friend joins AajPay, enters your code within 7 days and completes their first successful recharge, the operator commission on that recharge is split half-and-half between you. The reward comes as a scratch card and becomes a discount on your next recharge or bill (it is not transferred to a bank), valid for 90 days. Rewards for up to 10 friends a month.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete account. Your name, mobile number and login data are deleted. Payment records are kept as the law requires, without your identity.
Will AajPay ever ask for my OTP or UPI PIN?
Never. AajPay staff will never call or message you for your OTP, UPI PIN or card details. Enter your UPI PIN only inside your own UPI app.
