These Terms & Conditions govern the use of **AajPay Recharge & Bill Payment Services**. By accessing or using AajPay, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Service Overview
AajPay provides digital payment services for:
- Mobile Prepaid & Postpaid Recharge
- Electricity, Gas & Water Bill Payments
- DTH & Broadband Recharge
- Fastag Recharge & Utility Bills
AajPay acts as a **technology facilitator & payment aggregator**, enabling secure transactions through authorized banking/payment channels. AajPay is **not a bank or financial institution**.
2. User Responsibilities
By using AajPay services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate user details when making a transaction.
- Ensure proper selection of operator & biller before payment.
- Maintain strong password & device security.
- Avoid fraudulent or unlawful activity.
3. Account Creation & KYC
For wallet, balance storage, or higher transaction limits, KYC verification may be required as per **RBI norms**. AajPay may request PAN, Aadhaar, GST details (for merchants), or business proof.
4. Payment & Settlement Policy
All payments are processed via authorized payment gateways. Once a transaction is initiated, it **cannot be cancelled** if it has reached the biller or telecom operator.
Settlement Time:
- Successful recharge → Instant confirmation
- Bill Payment → Depends on biller response time (0–24 hrs)
5. Refund & Failure Policy
Refunds are issued only when AajPay receives a failure confirmation from the biller/operator.
Refund Scenarios:- Payment deducted but recharge failed → Refund within 7 working days
- Pending/processing state → Auto-return to wallet/bank if failure confirmed
- No manual refund if transaction is successful at operator’s end
6. Charges & Fees
AajPay may levy service charges depending on the bill/recharge type. Charges will be shown **before confirming the payment**.
7. Limitation of Liability
AajPay shall not be held responsible for:
- Biller/operator server downtime
- Wrong mobile number/biller ID entered by user
- Delayed updates from third-party payment systems

9. Governing Law
