Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AajPay, we aim to provide fast, secure, and reliable Recharge & Bill Payment services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds are applicable and the process to be followed. By using AajPay, you agree to the terms listed below.

1. General Policy

All successful transactions are considered final. Once a recharge or bill payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed, as the amount is directly transferred to the respective operator or biller.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following scenarios:

In such cases, the amount will be refunded back to the same payment source or wallet within 7 working days.

3. Unused Wallet Balance

If a distributor/retailer deposits an advance amount in AajPay wallet but does not use it for more than 30 days, they may request a refund by emailing customer support.
